Bob Camilleri joined the UConn Health Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) in 2007.  As Associate Director of Investigations, Bob is responsible for investigating complaints of discrimination, harassment and retaliation involving UConn Health employees and preparing written decisions and recommendations based on factual findings.  In addition, Bob facilitates the interactive process in accordance with the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) for both employees and students seeking workplace and academic accommodations.  Bob also conducts training in diversity awareness and sexual harassment prevention for UConn employees, as well as specialized training for the Correctional Managed Health Care division.  He also serves on the Department of Correction Sexual Harassment Advisory Committee.  Prior to joining OIE Bob held various positions with UConn Health’s Department of Human Resources.

Bob earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Hartford and his Master’s Degree in Organizational Management form Central Connecticut State University.
